Our will call counter is designed to provide swift and superior
service if you've placed an order in advance. We recommend that you
call ahead and speak to a sales representative. They can save you
time by reserving stock for you as well as notifying you of any
current specials.
Order Placement
Some orders placed are available for same day local delivery! Most
orders placed before 2pm PST will ship out the same day.
Same day shipping applies to all other order requiring UPS, FEDEX,
or other carrier.
Shipping
Local orders are shipped via our delivery van or by local courier.
We ship nationally via FEDEX, USPS, and UPS.
Our expertise and experience in international shipping can save you
money when you purchase from us anywhere in the world. Our rates
with FEDEX and other freight companies can make buying from us more
economical than buying overseas when combined with our pricing.
Terms
Our terms are based on information submitted on your credit
application. Your sales representative and account department will
work with you to provide you with the credit line to meet your
needs.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Personal and company
checks are accepted on approval. Cashier checks may be required for
purchases over $5,000.
Return Policy
All sales are final. No returns unless the customer is on account
and then only at the sole discretion of New Era Productions. All
return items must be in original condition. Videotape and audiotape
must be returned within 30 days of purchase or receipt. Film must be
returned within 72 hours of purchase or receipt. All returns are
subject to a 20% restocking fee. All products sold by New Era
Productions offer limited manufacturer
warranty, except special
order items. All returns will be evaluated and tested by our
technical team. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your
purchase or wish to exchange, or if any part of the order is
defective, you may return or exchange that portion only. If you
simply do not like the quality of the product, you may also return
to us. Simply notify us by phone, fax or e-mail, and we will issue a
RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA#). Actual freight
charges paid by New Era Productions will be deducted from the
purchase price, unless the return is due to our error. Freight
charges are a fee that is paid to the shipping company not to New
Era Productions; therefore all freight fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
For
your return:

Return the merchandise
to us within 30 days of your original invoice of the order.

The product(s) must be returned in new,
resalable condition.

You must pay any return
freight expense.
